Our Honey Cakes are made-to-order. They are always fresh, contain no preservatives, and are made with the finest ingredients.  
 
Shelf Life / Storage:
~7-10 days if kept at room temperature in a cool/dry place and in an airtight container
~3 weeks days in the refrigerator (protect the box in a plastic bag or other sealed container)
~3 months if stored in the freezer wrapped in plastic and stored in an airtight container
 
Since our honey cakes are coated in chocolate, the chocolate helps preserve moisture and extends the freshness. Always store in a cool, dry place to prevent the chocolate from melting or the cake from drying out
